Medion 038 is one of many clones at Medion Laboratories. The Medion clones worked alongside law enforcement and each clones recieved a lawful task to do every day in return for stablizing drugs. But the government felt that the effort wasn't worth it and had Genesis shut down the lab.
M038 himself was completely loyal to the labs until he spent a night without drugs. After some convincing he turned on the labs, and ultimately on the city itself.

Physical attributes - Red, curly hair, light brown eyes, and a reddish tone to his skin. He's tall and well built. Like all the other Medion clones, he is male.

Do the clones all act and think the same? - No, not to any extent more than brothers and sisters do. Having the same upbringing, living in the same building, and working together in the same way has likely led to each one having a very similar life experience and thus being able to relate very well to eachother.
