Cannabis Works is an artbook by Tatsuyuki Tanaka. He is an absolutely amazing artist. His style is dark and looks very photographic. Tanaka does mostly storyboards. He works for Studio 4C, which did three of the Animatrix shorts. He's worked on a whole lot of other things as well.
